Mexican Congress holds hearing of UFOs featuring “extraterrestrial bodies.”
Mexican lawmakers heard testimony that “we are not alone” in the universe in a remarkable hearing on Sept. 12 in Mexico City. The hearing was Mexico’s first congressional event on UFOs. The lawmakers also saw the alleged remains of nonhuman beings.
Mexican journalist and long-time UFO enthusiast Jaime Maussan showed the hearing two artifacts. He said they were the corpses of extraterrestrials.
The specimens were not related to life on Earth, he said.
The two tiny “bodies” were displayed in cases. They have three fingers on each hand and elongated heads. Maussan said they were recovered in Peru near the ancient Nazca Lines in 2017.
He said that they were about 1,000 years old, according to carbon dating. Similar finds in the past turned out to be the remains of mummified children.

Easing of restricting halts weight gain in Japan
The percentage of people reporting weight gain in Japan fell this year for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic, a company survey showed, as physical activities increased amid the easing of restrictions.
Of the 5,640 respondents in their 20s to 70s, the percentage of people who had gained weight compared to a year ago stood at 22.9% in 2023, down from 26% the year before, breaking a trend that saw the figure rise annually since 2020, according to Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance.
The drop likely reflects that people have had more opportunities to be active since the removal of coronavirus restrictions, a company official said.

The parrot
An old half-blind lady by the name of Josephine was turning 91 years old and decided to throw a birthday party together with her three dedicated sons. After her husband died, her sons were all she had.
Ever since they were small, all three of the sons were real momma’s boys, and they would always try to outdo each other when it came to giving birthday presents to their mother.
This year, they had decided that they would all do their best to win their mother’s favor.
The first son bought a grand mansion for her, thinking that this was the best possible gift for an old lady.
The second son bought a luxurious white Mercedes with an accompanying personal driver for her, thinking this would definitely make him his mother’s favorite.
The third son has to think of something that would beat the other brothers’ gifts, so he bought a rare parrot that he trained to recite the whole Bible by heart.
You could ask him for any verse from the holy book and he would recite it word for word. The third son was quite pleased with his own gift. After the party, Josephine called her sons.
To the first son she said, “My dear son, the mansion is lovely, but it’s just way too big for me. I don’t need the house but thank you all the same!”
Then she called the second son, “My dear son, the car is quite nice, but I can’t drive myself due to my bad eyesight and I don’t like the personal driver, so please be a dear and return the car”
