日本語の「サービス」は、「これは（店からの）サービスです」などと、「無料で提供するもの」という意味で使われる事があります。
このような場合、英語ではIt’s complimentary.

Although checkout is 12pm, we will allow you a service late check out at 4pm.

又は　It’s on the house. と表現されます。

「無料の」という意味ではfreeもありますが、complimentaryの方がよい印象を与える為、上記の場合にはあまり使いません。
Complimentaryにはgiven free as a courtesy or favor
–(礼儀や好意空タダで与えられた)と定義されています。

あまり価値のないものをタダにする、又は善意のイメージが強いfreeよりは、complimentary のほうがお客さんに対する感謝が伝わりやすいのです。

Our hotel offers complimentary coffee and pastry from 8:00 to 10:00 in the lobby.
