When an executive invites a client or customer for drinks or dinner, that executive should pay the bill, regardless of whether she happens to be a woman. When the waiter brings the bill, she either takes care of it at the table or pays at the cashier. Business is business. When a job requires a business trip, no special consideration should be made for a woman who may have kids at home.
